Cancellation / Failure to Show
a) Pilots/Passengers will notify Premier of cancellations as soon as possible, but not less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure or 5pm the day prior, whichever is earlier. Failure to make this notification will be considered Failure to Show.
b) Unless a Failure to Show is due to weather, illness or a bona fide emergency, the pilot may be assessed a rental fee penalty for the aircraft. The rental fee penalty will usually be half the scheduled flight block. At the option of the management, the fee will be a minimum of one hour and maximum of the scheduled flight block.
